Live 5-2-1-0 is an evidence-based message promoting four simple guidelines for raising healthy children. Live 5-2-1-0 offers four simple guidelines to help kids and families adopt healthy habits every day. Live 5-2-1-0’s newest resource, a brief 2-minute video (“Just One Thing” - #Live5210), is designed to engage parents in conversations around children’s health.
